The villa is located in a gated community beside a beautiful natural lake, with a fishing pier and boat ramp. It has two storeys, a large lounge, formal dining room, den, loft, kitchen with breakfast nook, five bedrooms including 3 masters, and four full bathrooms.
Most importantly it is geographically aligned north/south so that the pool & spa, deck and lanai face due south and receive sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The lanai is at the south eastern corner of the villa so that you can enjoy morning sunshine with breakfast. For children's safety there is a removable pool fence.
The villa was completed in January 2008 and has been lovingly maintained by the owners with the able assistance of a professional management company that offers 24 hour emergency service.
The villa has a striking external appearance with pleasant decorative embellishments, and the interior design creates a similar impression, with inspired use of layout and space. To complement all these features the interior furnishings have been upgraded in a traditional elegant, indulgent, ornate Floridian style using sumptuous golden fabrics, rich dark woods and bronzed metal to create a cool, classic ambience.
There are three master suites, two king bed suites downstairs and a queen suite upstairs. Master 1 en suite has a large corner bath plus his & hers vanities, and all three have double size walk-in shower cabinets. Master suite 1 also has a private door to the lanai, deck & pool.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms upstairs each have two adult size single beds; they share a Jack & Jill bathroom with single bath and over bath shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen HD LCD TVs and DVD/CD players.
The kitchen is fully furnished with every utensil and appliance you’ll need for cooking great meals! The side by side fridge/freezer has an ice maker. There is a walk-in pantry for storage, a breakfast nook and breakfast bar. The nook has French doors that open onto the lanai and pool deck – convenient for breakfasting in the glorious morning sunshine! There is a separate formal dining room that comfortably seats up to eight for dinner.
The family room boasts a large (52") Sony Bravia flat screen HD LCD TV with a DVD/CD player/home theater sound system. The HD cable system box gives access to a multitude of standard and HD channels including Premium HD Cable Sports channels so you won’t miss any action!
The den has a 40" Sony Bravia flat screen HD TV, DVD/CD player and X Box 360 video game console. The double doors and luxurious leather sofa ensure a pleasant gaming experience.
We have a selection of X Box games, DVDs, board games, books and children's toys for your enjoyment.
A set of two-way walkie-talkies allows your family to keep in touch with each other in the Theme Parks or larger shopping malls - everyone always wants to go in different directions!
The loft on the second floor is a quiet area with a classically styled writing desk and a comfortable arm chair for total relaxation. The desktop computer is located there; it has Windows XP, broadband internet access and a laser printer, so that you can print off vouchers for factory outlet shopping, directions to places of interest, or your boarding cards for the flight home. Or you can bring your own laptop and use the broadband wireless Internet access anywhere in the villa.
What else can you do on a rainy day? Our games room has an eight foot pool table, six foot air hockey table and füssball table!
Boredom is virtually impossible in our home!
The villa has central air conditioning/heating, smoke alarms and auxiliary lights in the event of a power failure. A monitored alarm system is linked to all doors and windows for enhanced security.
Some additional details:
there are hair dryers in all bathrooms; personal towels, pool towels and all linens are provided; the laundry room has a washer and dryer; all telephone calls within the US and Canada are free of charge.
Our wheelchair is available on request from the management company free of charge. Bed rails, a travel cot and bedding, stair gates, high chair and a stroller are provided in the villa; a crib can be supplied by the management company on request for a small charge.
The community is conveniently located close to several golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants. It is just off US Hwy 27 only 8 miles from Interstate 4, almost exactly half way between the Gulf coast and the Atlantic/Space coast! The Disney main entrance is a 15 to 20 minute drive.
To return to that most important feature: the pool!
It is set in a fully screened extended deck surrounded by professionally landscaped tropical privacy planting; the covered lanai has a table and comfortable chairs, lighting and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those warm Florida evenings. The pool has underwater lights and a built in spa. Gas pool heating is available for the cooler months, usually October to March inclusive.
Children of all ages will enjoy playing with the inflatable pool toys stored in the large deck box (there is a high speed electric pump to inflate & deflate these when you arrive/depart), or relax on one of the loungers, close your eyes, soak up the sun and listen to the palm trees rustling in the breeze!
